Thank you for shopping with Hill’s London. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period, during which you can return your item without providing a reason.
The 14 days start from the day you receive your package. Please note that the return shipment must be sent within this period.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned new, unused, and unwashed, in resaleable condition, with original tags still attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note:


For 1+1 offers, both items must be returned together.
We cannot issue a refund or store credit if only one of the two items is returned.
However, items from a 1+1 offer can be exchanged for another size or colour of the same product.
If you only wish to exchange one of the items, simply return the one you want to exchange and keep the other.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The amount will depend on the courier and the country from which the package is returned.

Processing Time

If you indicate that you would like to exchange an item when registering your return, we will begin processing your request immediately to ensure your exchange is completed within a few days.

We do our best to process all returns as quickly as possible.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days.
Using the tracking number provided by your courier, you can monitor when your package reaches our warehouse — this is when the 10-day processing period begins.
After your refund is issued, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please note that it may take up to 3 additional days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged or faulty?
Occasionally, an item may be damaged during production or transport.
We’ll be happy to resolve this for you — simply send an email to hillslondoninfo@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue.
Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a solution.

What if I want to return my order after the return period?
Please ensure your return is shipped within 14 days of receiving your package.
In exceptional cases, if the return period has expired, we may offer an exchange or store credit instead.
